- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with this American Family since I was 16. I was always helped to the fullest by Mark Reinebach and Judy. They always went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied with their service.They are great people. I have always been on time with my payments and had minor problems to report. I recently had a very small accident, but turned in a claim not thinking they would raise my rates after being with their Company for many years I got a bill raising my rates by $120. I left 2 or more messages with the girl working for Bob Dillon in Canton, Mo I did not get a return phone call until the last call which she had to call him at home. He called me not wanting to help me in any way nor to check in to it at all for me. I have never had such bad customer service.October 01, 2017by Liza Blair
